Printed Memories offers a photo printing subscription to help you keep your memories where it matters the most; your hands and not on your phone!

You can choose to receive your photos every week, fortnight or month. We call them cycles.

Each cycle starts with 100 credits and there are 7 available photo sizes to choose from. Each photo has a different value, so you can always choose the sizes you want for each cycle.

The first step is to download the Printed Memories app on your phone, so jump on the App Store or Google Play to get started.

The subscription costs $14.95 weekly, fortnightly or monthly, depending on the chosen cycle. It renews automatically.

Shipping is free.

You can pause or cancel it at any time.

• 2 photo strip

In regards to photos, you can:

• Upload your photos
• Choose sizes
• Crop & rotate
• Add white border*
• Add text*
• Download photos after changes have been made
• Share photos with your friends

You can also update your personal information and change your cycle details.

The Printed Memories app is available for Android devices in the Google Play Store and for Iphone and Ipad in the Apple App Store.

You can choose how often you want to receive your photos. There are 3 available cycles to choose from:

• Weekly
• Fortnightly
• Monthly

You can always change your cycle.

When choosing a weekly or fortnightly cycle, you can choose which weekday will be the last day to upload your photos. It also means that the following day will be the first day of the new cycle.

You can always change the cut-off day.

The monthly subscription runs from the first day of the month to the last day of the same month.

Yes! Printed Memories is all about helping you.

We send you notifications 72, 24 and 12 hours before your cycle ends.

The last day to upload your photos is the last day on your current cycle.

On a monthly subscription, the last day to upload your photos is the last day of the month.

The Printed Memories app will always show you when is the last day to upload your photos.

You will be billed on the last day of every cycle.

It all depends on the sizes you choose. Every cycle starts with 100 credits and each photo has a different value.

You can receive as maximum as 20 photos or as minimum as 5 photos per cycle.

You can easily keep track of your credits on the Printed Memories app.

To update your details, go to Account on the Printed Memories app.

To change your cycle details, go to Cycle Details on the Printed Memories app.

To change your shipping details, go to Shipping Address on the Printed Memories app.

Shipping is free. We only ship within Australia.

After your cycle has ended, we take 1-3 business days to process the photos and hand them over to the Post.

Australia Post current delivery times are:

• QLD: up to 5 business days
• NSW, VIC, TAS, WA and SA:
  • Metro locations: up to 5 business days
  • Metro and country locations: up to 6 business days
  • Country locations: up to 7 business days
